Is there any way to buy a replacement plastic housing for the top? Mine broke off on the front from the base of the light down.

I do have an option for you but the entire plastic housing on the Lippert Power Tongue Jack Model 1817942 is not replacemnt. That said, instead of buying an entire new jack you could purchase a generic cover like the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks part # UF38-944026 to help protect it from the elements. If not, the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate part # LC285318 would be a direct replacement.
