The MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # MA00-04500K does not have a wall switch option but a remote option that gets mounted to the wall to eliminate the need to run wires through the walls.
For the replacement use the Replacement Handheld Remote for Maxxair Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans part # MA00A01150K. While it does look different than the original it is the current replacement being offered.
