Question:
Do you have the Curt A20 hitch I don’t think I need anything bigger then that my camper is about 11,500 lbs. I also don't need a sliding hitch.

There are a few reasons why you are having problems finding the Reese M5 hitch as a fit for your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500. The first is that it looks like you input that you have a 6-3/4' bed with the OEM Prep Package. While that is an excellent option, Reese hasn't released a sliding M5 hitch as of yet (March 2020).
We do have the 20K M5 # RP30928 that fits standard base rails but you'll need the adapter # DM6333 to make it compatible and we only really recommend stationary hitches for a long bed. If you do have a long bed then we would still need to look into a different option because Reese hasn't released an M5 option that fits directly to the new puck system as of yet.
I do have some other options for you if you don't want to use the M5 with the adapter kit.
For a short bed I really like the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550034 because it does all of the work for you when you need to make a tight turn. No more having to get in and out of your truck just for a simple maneuver. You do, however, still need the adapter # DM6333 for this option. If you want something that doesn't require an adapter then I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3775 which is an extremely popular 5th wheel hitch due to the rugged design and excellent quality.
For a long bed your best option is the 25K B&W Companion # BWRVK3715 (for the same reasons mentioned above), but if you like the thought of having a higher weight rating, the Curt A30 # C16070 gives you the most capacity at 30K. Please keep in mind that you are limited to your lowest rated component so even though the A30 has a massive weight rating that doesn't mean your truck can handle 30K (it looks like the max a 2500 can tow is about 18.5K with the right equipment).
I am attaching some review videos for each option that you can check out.
