Question:
I need to cut off these bottom black tank fittings and Not sure how to do it to get a good seal and fitting when putting back together. Do you have any suggestions?

Expert Reply:
When replacing RV sewer lines you have to cut them totally off since the ABS cement is a permanent plastic weld. Then when you go to make new connections you end up having to replace anything that can't be separated. Or you can use adapters to fit into or over the old pipes and use solvent to make the connection.
For solvent we have the part # 3447530889.
