How Often Should Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Be Greased

I have a 2018 Cedar Creek Hathaway 36CK2 , with dexter E- Z flex suspension . There are 4 nipples on each side for lubricating , how often should I grease these bushings and what type of grease is best .

Helpful Expert Reply:
Our contact at Dexter informed us that they recommend greasing the E-Z Flex equalizers like part # K71-653-00 every three months or 3,000 miles. I also attached a pretty helpful guide to how often trailer components should be maintained.
The recommended grease is LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease part # L11390.
