Will this Curt custom rail kit work with Reese 15k classic 5th wheel hitch... And will this fit my 2006 f250 4x4 super duty?

The Reese 5th wheel hitch you mentioned is compatible with industry standard rails manufactured by Curt, Draw-Tite, Husky, Valley, B&W and Demco, among others.
The Curt # C16448-104 fifth wheel install bracket/rail kit you've looked at is indeed a fit for your 2006 Ford F250, it'll work great for you.
If you don't already have a 7-way connector installed in the truck bed, you could do so using part # C56000.
