Question:
The trailer leaf springs on my hand on axle are 25-1/8 and the new ones I ordered to replace the old ones is 25-1/4 will they work or not ?? Thank you.

Yes, the 25-1/8" leaf springs # e54SR you ordered will work for you. What happens to leaf springs over time is that they generally elongate a bit (flatten out) so to choose replacement double-eye leaf springs you do want to take that into account. So if you removed your current leaf springs and they measure 25-1/4", you should factor in that they would have gotten slightly longer over time.
So the 25-1/8" Long 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # SP-212275 will absolutely work to replace 25-1/4" springs.
