The Dexter Trailer Axle # 8327816-EB would be your best replacement option. This includes the hub/drum and brake assemblies so you won't have to piece that together separately. It matches your 86-1/2" hub face measurement but the spring center is a little off. You will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your 68-1/2" measurement. You will also need the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles # APUBR-8.

Ok, looks like everything except springs. I would need 26” double eye. Is there a kit that combines, springs, shackles, spring centering bolts and U-bolts?
