I verified with my contact at Draw-Tite that the correct replacement hitch ball for the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Hitch, # 9465, is the Reese Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Ball, # 19309.

We also offer the Reese Hide-A-Goose Performer Ball, # 19306, that has a 1 inch rise and the Reese Gooseneck Hitch Ball, # 19308, that has a 5 inch offset for your hitch.

The Hide-A-Goose gooseneck hitch ball with 5 inch offset, item #19308, is meant to take the place of the standard ball. You can definitely drive/tow with it in place of your standard gooseneck ball.
