I'm getting the 'Comm Error' on the touch pad of my Lippert Ground Control jack system. What does that mean?

Expert Reply:
The 'Comm Errror' message means that communication between the touch pad and the controller has been lost. You'll want to check either end of the connection, making sure the connections are secure and not corroded. You'll also want to make sure the wiring harness that joins the two isn't damaged.
If you find damage, a replacement harness is available as part # LC307490.
You'll also want to make sure that 12 volts are reaching the controller.
