Question:
Im replacing an exact match to my 2020 Winnebago Micro Minnie TT tail light. I will have to cut the wires to remove the original tail light. Is it best to leave the factory wire splices and splice the new light between the tail light and factory splices? What is the best full proof splice I can use to install this replacement? Recommended splice components and crimping tool or whatever I need to do a good job. Thank you!

The best way to wire in a new tail light on your 2020 Winnebago Micro Minnie TT is to cut all the old splices out and connect the new tail light directly to the factory wires. The less connection and junction points you have the better; that way there is less chance for a failure point or corrosion building up.
The most full proof way of making any electrical connection is to solder and heat shrink the connection. Performance Tool Soldering Accessory Kit # PTW2080 has everything to solder the wires together and Primary Wire Heat-Shrinkable Tubing # DW05451 will keep the connection protected. However soldering can be intimidating to some people and may take some practice if you never soldered before.
When you wire in your new tail light the Fusion LED Combination Tail Light # STL201XRFHXB has 4 wires and the functions are :
White wire - ground
Black wire - tail light
Red wire - Stop and Turn
Yellow wire - reverse light
I've linked all the parts mentioned above, and include a few videos for reference,
