Question:
I have a 2018 Heartland Bighorn Traveler. My issue is with the touch pad located inside the unit. My level icon has disappeared. I have done a reset several times, disconnected power to no avail.

It sounds like you the Canbus connectors at the back of the touch pad of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 part # LC675817 are loose or have broken pins.
I recommend to disconnect the power to the system. Unscrew the Phillips screws from the touch pad and slide the unit off the bracket. The wires should be long enough to pull the touch pad off the bracket to get behind it and check that connectors. You are looking for the red and black wires. Unplug the wires and check the connectors to make sure there are not any broken or pins that have been spread out. Plug the connector back in and restore power. This should restore the leveling icon, if it doesn't you may need to contact Lippert or take the trailer to be serviced.
