We have friction sway control units that will work great to prevent the type of sway you are describing. For that the Curt part # 17200 would be a really great option. You'd use the bracket part # RP26005 installed on your hitch ball and then you'd be set. Friction sway control was designed to fight the exact type of sway you mentioned that is caused by wind from passing semis or just high winds in general.
Proper trailer loading makes the biggest difference in preventing sway as well. Move as much weight forward in the trailer as you can and make sure it's sitting as level as possible too.
