I'm assuming that you are asking about length of the ball mount and not the drop or rise. The Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # AMSC4 is 12 1/4 inches in length from the end of the shank to the center of the ball hole, and 9 3/4" from hitch pin hole to the hitch ball hole. If you are needing a longer ball mount than that to have additional clearance we do have other options.
For a fixed ball mount that has close to the same ratings and rise and drop measurements I recommend Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # 4285. It's rated for 12K lbs of GTW, 1200 lbs TW and has a 3" rise or 4" drop. The hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball hole is 12". The ball mount has a solid steel shank and is zinc coated to help prevent rust from building up.
You'll need a hitch ball, pin and clip or lock unless you already have one. The Draw-tite ball mount requires a hitch ball the has a 1-1/4" diameter shank and at least 1-1/4" long shank to go through the platform. For a 2" ball I recommend # A-90 and for a 2 5/16" ball I recommend # C40030. For a standard pin and clip # C21500. If you want to lock the ball mount to your hitch for security, you can use Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # BD580412.
I linked the parts mentioned above, along with a short review video for you to check out.
