AC unit BTU ratings typically call for 20 BTU per square foot. So for a trailer that is 32 foot long and most likely 8 feet wide you'd have 256 square feet to cool. That means you'd need a minimum of 5,120 BTU to cool it effectively. So the 15k BTU Advent # ACM150C that you mentioned would be way more than you'd need but it would cool the trailer very quickly.
Another option is the 13.5k Advent part # ACM135CH which comes with a vent box, a heat strip (provides heat if needed), and a start capacitor. If I was in your situation this would be what I would go with.
