What are the differences in Timbren Suspension system for a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500, for the back axle? It looks like there's a TGMRTT35D and a TGMRTT35D model, I don't know which one to choose.

I'd be happy to help you with that. The Timbren # TGMRTT35D kit has an 8000 lb capacity, and is designed for super heavy duty applications like ambulances or tow trucks. For a regular pickup up truck, you'd want to go with the # TGMRTT35D.

As the ball on the B&W Tow & Stow #BWTS20037B can be turned parallel to the ground, you should not have an issue using the 5 inch drop. That being said, if you do need more drop, the 7 inch drop #BWTS20040B will be the better option.
