I have a 2019 VW Golf R, and I was looking at the Stealth and Ecohitches, what's the difference?

The best hitch for your 2019 Volkswagen Golf R is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7332 because it is the only hitch currently with a 2" receiver tube and a better price than the Stealth. The # 306-X7332 has a 300-lb tongue weight capacity and a 2000-lb towing capacity. The big benefit to having a 2" receiver is the wide variety of accessories, like bike racks and cargo carriers.

Ecohitch also makes a hitch with 1-1/4" receiver tube # 306-X7333. The # 306-X7333 has a 200-pound tongue weight capacity and a 2000-lb towing capacity.

The Stealth # SH89ZR is a class 3, and has a 2" receiver tube opening. The Stealth comes in at a higher price point, has a 350-lb tongue weight capacity and is not designed for towing. This hitch is not seen at all when not in use because the receiver opening is removed when not in use.

Make sure you check your Golf's owner's manual and make sure that it can handle the weight.
