Question:

Is is possible to replace just the plastic covers on our 2018 Grand Designs 2600RB roof vents with exhaust fans or will this part work using the undamaged fan parts? Thanks.

You can replace the plastic roof vent covers on your 2018 Grand Design 2600RB and not have to worry about replacing the entire assembly with something like the Ventline # V2092SP-29.

To choose the correct replacement, you'll need to determine which type of hinge you have to attach the vent cover as well as the size of the vent; the industry standard vent is 14" x 14", so you'll want to measure to make sure that your roof vent is around that size (some will be 14-1/2" x 14-1/2", but the same vent covers will work).

From the look of the photo you sent in, it looks like you'll be able to use the Replacement Dome Assembly for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Smoke - Wedge Shape - Plastic # BVD0449-A03, which has a continuous hinge on it and fits 14" x 14" vents; if your existing hinge has a continuous hinge and is approximately 14" x 14", this will be the correct part. If you have a different type of hinge like a 3 point or 4 point hinge, or a different sized vent, please let me know and I can help you find the correct replacement cover.
