Will Full Size Locking Steel Flush Door Latch L3980 Fit in Door Hole Opening 4-3/8 wide 3-3/8 long

Hello, I am looking for a new lock for one of your truck caps. the measurements that the tech gave me is 4 3/8 wide 3 3/8 long and its recessed in by almost a inch. i seen one on your site that says it will work but i really like to make sure before i order it. Thanks

Yes, your door dimensions will work perfectly with the Full Size Locking Steel Flush Door Latch # L3980 that you referenced! You must have had a very similar latch to this installed in there previously.
