On our RAM Trailer Jack Model 8000 Series, the Jack won’t move wether it’s cranked down or up.

Sounds like you need a gear kit to fix your Ram 8000 series trailer jack as yours are damaged. For that we have the # TJD-7000S-GR. When the Ram 8000 jack has the issue you described it is due to damaged gears which is what this kit fixes.
