Question:
Hey, I have a 7x16 enclosed trailer, and I’ve been curious what to do with it over the winter. What do you do? Raise tires off the ground? Drive it around every once in while? What works for you? I'm looking at this product trailer legs

To protect the tires from flat spots and damage the best practice is to raise the tires off the ground during winter storage. I recommend TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands for Trailers w/ Leaf Spring Suspensions part # 326-TRLLG-2 for a single axle or part # 326-TRLLG-4 for a tandem axle. These stands do a great job at keeping the tires off the ground to avoid flat spots and dry rot.
I still recommend to still use covers on the tires depending on what size wheels you have to protect the tires from UV rays which lead to sun damage and cracking. I have attached a link for the tire covers we carry. You may also consider a trailer cover part # 290-46005 to protect the trailer from the elements as well.
