Throw this storage cover over your horse trailer to protect it from rain and snow while you're storing it in between trips. Cover wraps around the bottom corners of your trailer and secures with integrated straps so it won't flap in the wind.
Features:
Specs:
You're worried about your horse trailer getting wet and dirty in storage before you need to transport your horses again. Whether you're storing your trailer in the rainy northwest, snowy north, or humid south, this weather-resistant cover is designed for use in extremely wet climates so your trailer will be protected. When you keep your trailer covered, you are less likely to need to wash and wax it in between trips. And if you want to trade your trailer in for a newer model later down the road, this cover will help maintain that resale value.
The 3-ply SFS AquaShed top panel reduces moisture buildup that can damage your trailer over time. It also beads water when it rains to stop it from pooling or freezing, which eliminate the black streaks and corrosion you tend to see on the sides and roof of your trailer. And when the rain stops, the fabric dries quickly to minimize the development of mold and mildew. The top panel blocks the roof of your trailer from mild sunlight as well, protecting the cover from cracking and fading.
How to Measure Your Horse Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your trailer from the very front to the rear bumper, making sure you're accounting for any gear on the back. The cover isn't meant to fit over the tongue of your trailer, so don't include it in your measurements. Then measure the overall height from the bottom of the trailer to the top. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Trailer
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your trailer, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your trailer to remove any excess slack in the material. Attach the included cinch ropes to the front and the rear of the cover and pull on them until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your trailer. And then toss the weighted straps underneath your trailer to the other side and buckle them together, which keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job.
And if you need to grab supplies, you can use the zippered panel on the passenger's side to easily access the interior of your horse trailer without having to completely remove the cover. You can also unzip the entire panel on the back of the trailer so you can open the tack door and load and unload gear.

Has stood up to some high winds. Lasting longer than my first one. It is on my trailer 24/7/365.
The tree was uprooted by the wind. The cover maintained.
Long story short very displeased with the cover. The first experience the cover was secured as instructed with the string included. Many areas of the cover were loose enough that in even tropical storm force winds the cover wore through in every area that was flapping.
The second tropical event I switched over to low tension elastic bungees which faired better but after removing the cover I noticed white shards of what I believe to be the lining now stuck firmly to the trailer’s paint.
These covers probably work well in milder midwest environments but they are not well suited to the subtropics.
Extremely disappointed with the shipping of this item, I called in, and let them know it was a Christmas present for my wife for her horse trailer. Lori was great to deal with on the phone, and she understood it was a gift. Then they ship it, with out putting it in a box, and guess who was there to get it when it was dropped off, my wife! Not going to be a great surprise now.
I win stalled the new cover on my Casita 17’ travel trailer. The straps and buckles supplied made securing the cover very easy as did the rope supplied and the convenient grommets which allowed me to tighten up the cover around the unit. Installing.the cover was very easy, even by myself. Delivery was prompt.
Fits my 3 horse slant trailer well. Access is easy for tack door or back doors. Material is very thin. Question durability. Will update down the road.
Worked like a charm. Fits great. Older 3 horse, slant with a tack room. Trailer stored inside with cover on. Should last a very long time.
Cover fits my VNoise cargo trailer perfectly. It will now be protected from tree sap and bird droppings while not in use. Glad I found the demo video of how to use the horse trailed cover for cargo trailers. Very happy with this purchase so far.
Not bad for the price but have noticed some wear around the lights and fenders.

Shredded within the year from sun and wind
Well considering its Protecting the trailer out in the elements it started to tear around the corners. I had to tape those areas with duct tape.

Adco also offers a Universal Patch Kit # 290-2093 to help extend the life of your cover when it starts showing some wear and tear. The patches can be cut to fit and have an adhesive backing for easy patching.

Wind has caused several tears in the cover which is much more fragile than I thought it would be. I have to say I’m disappointed.

The u derstrap buckle broke the first time I put it on my trailer and so I haven't been able to use it again since...is there any way to get a replacement part for that? Thank you

While we do not carry replacement parts, this cover does come with a two year warranty. I went ahead and sent you that information.
I bought the cover a year ago to go over my stock trailer. It's worked great protecting the paint job. It's held up well. Great product

Unfortunately it ripped when I was trying to put it on my trailer this fall by myself. It worked well as a cover protecting for my horse trailer. Ill have to buy another and find a friend to help put it on.
Seemed to fit well. Will see how it holds up in the wind.
I have had this cover for about a year. It has held up well in the hot NC sum and wind. Happy with this product.
It ripped apart too easily
Fast delivery and item arrived on good shape. I will be putting it to use very soon.

Be working real good. The has provided the extra protection my trailer needed.
I have 14 x 7 1/2 V-Nose Motorcycle Trailer from NEO NAM1475TR , and I'm glad I ordered a 18 foot from you. the 16 would not have fit. You need to put more padding in the rear top of the cover on each corner. My trailer had a dove tail with extra lighting, also the middle strap needs to move back about a foot, so it could fit between the wheels

This universal cover fits more so for square box trailers. If your trailer has the dove tail or any other bulky features to it, it may not fit.

Still great, I’m glad I purchased it. It does a great job of protecting it from the elements
I've had my trailer cover for over a year now. Put it on the trailer for the second time in November, 2022. I noticed a couple of wear spots last spring when I took it off the trailer, and again didn't do anything about it until putting it back on the trailer. I bought some waterproof tape just to cover those spots. I love the way it fits my trailer, covering even the front hitch area. Very pleased with this purchase.

Another year later and still very happy. Put the cover on for the third time in late fall of 2023. Goes on quick once I get all my sharp corner guards on the trailer. This past winter was not as stormy at my house in Michigan, so I probably didnt even need the corner guards, but Im a belt and suspender type of guy.
Well, it was fine for about 8 months but then started deteriorating from the sun, wind and rain of coastal Virginia. It ripped over the top vent and along the top front and back roof edges of the trailer, and it ripped over the left window and at a couple of corners. I have a 2-horse bumper-pull warmblood size trailer with a side ramp. It's parked in a paved parking lot. You should supply instructions about how to pad and/or shore-up the spots that are vulnerable to ripping. Or, sell a version that won't rip. I applied some padding but didn't want to have to pad the entire trailer. I didn't expect it to be ruined that fast, though.
I thought.\n It was going to be a little thicker and the same material throughout the mandor didn't lineup, it was only half a door off. Also, the understraps are lined up on the tires of the doolies on the trailer. Otherwise we'll find out how well it last.
This is a great cover. Easy and lightweight to put on. I ordered one that was a couple feet larger so that I can cover the front hitch and cable area. The zippers allows me to get into the trailer and tack room without taking the cover off.
The cover seems to be very good quality and covers the worst trailer perfectly
We received our horse trailer cover very quickly! It was easy to install..love that it is labeled ‘Front’ and ‘Rear’! FITS BEAUTIFULLY! Thank you etrailer.com!!

There are now holes every place that ‘rubs’..ie the lights and where the cord that came with the cover holds it in place. *photos upon request
I have a 16ft Interstate utility trailer. Went on easily. I used my own ropes which were stronger and not stretchy which came with the trailer. Trailer sits in some late day sun but mostly in shade. I hope to get three years out of it. I'll let you know!!
In the beginning, I was excited about the purchase. I knew the cover would keep my new trailer protected from the sun, etc. However, less than 3 months ago I noticed the material started to shed and become thinner on the roof. 2 months ago I noticed a small tear in front near the roof (no sharp edges there). Unfortunately the tear just got bigger and more disintegration of the roof. We took it off in preparing for the hurricane that came and in that process more of it just fell apart.
I am disappointed that the product only lasted a year. Now I need to figure out what to do to get a replacement. I prefer not to buy from your company knowing that the cover might only last a year.

If you still have the cover, it does have a two-year warranty. I can send you the warranty details if you want them.

That is horrible, I'm sorry the cover couldn't stand up the hurricane winds. I did reach out to Adco to get a hold of you because they have a 2-warranty on these and since you are within that time period, they should send you a new one! I will be in touch.
