Confirming Correct Leaf Spring Size Measurements
Updated 01/06/2020 | Published 01/04/2020 >
Question:
This is the right style of spring I need. But with a tape measure from the center bolt hole to center bolt hole I measure 26 inches. Is this the correct spring to use?

It sounds like you already have done the correct center of one eye to the center of the other eye measurement. If your measurement is slightly off, sometimes the leaf spring may still work as leaf springs do expand by as much as 3/4-inch over time. Since you measured 26" and the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Open Eye End for 4,300-lb Trailer Axles # e33SR is already 26-1/4" long, you will want a shorter option though I don't see we have that in an open eye end style of spring.
