Question:

Thanks for response Jameson. I primarily run with 1 or 2 SXS in the hauler so that distributes the weight to Approx 17-20% of my 11,600 GVW. Is there a hitch that will fit in 3500 non chassis model that have factory air suspension rates in the 2500-2700 range? Wouldn’t that be a suitable and reliable tongue weight for that truck?

Honestly 3,000 lbs of tongue weight is going to be too heavy for a 3500 Ram truck. The hitch you mentioned fits trucks with a narrower chassis and wouldn't be a good fit for the 3500.

You'd want to look into another 5500 or 4500 truck.

The highest tongue weight rated hitch we offer for your 2019 Ram 3500 would be the Torklift hitch part # TLD1111-30 which has a tongue weight rating of 2,500 lbs. If you were sure the most your tongue weight would weigh is 2,500 lbs or less this would work well for you. You mentioned your tongue weight being between 17 and 20 percent of 11,600 lbs which would put the weight between 1,972 and 2,300 lbs so this hitch would work well with that.
