Is Factory Trailer Hitch Removed to Install TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum on 2019 Ram 3500

Question:

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually with an 8 foot bed and factory installed hitch. I would like to install the Torklift Super Mag hitch part# TLD 1111-30. My question is how is this hitch installed? Do I have to remove the factory hitch? If not, then how do I get the double receivers required to use the Torklift super truss extension? Is it possible to get a link to the installation instructions for this application? Thanks

You will need to remove the factory trailer hitch from your 2019 Ram 3500 to install the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1111-30. I have attached a cutout of what the SuperHitch Magnum looks like assembled for you to get an idea of how it will look on your pickup. The 2" receiver that comes with the SuperHitch Magnum should sit in the same place as your OEM receiver so the only difference is that there will be a 2-1/2" receiver directly below it.

One the SuperHitch Magnum is installed you can then use one of the SuperTruss Hitch Extensions (linked for you you filter through) for additional clearance as the back of your Ram.
