Will this fit a factory hitch on a 2018 Honda Pilot?

I do have a great option for you, however the Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer # 63080 isn't a good fit for factory/OEM trailer hitches like what you have on your 2018 Honda Pilot because their collars tend to be a bit too large. The cover simply won't be able to slide onto the receiver properly.

For an easy-to-use anti-rattle device that will work on your Honda Pilot I instead recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This simply slides over the shank of your ball mount or accessory and hooks around the hitch collar with its U-bolt to create a really tight connection for minimal rattle/movement.

I have attached a short video demonstration below so you can see exactly how it works.

Then if you still wanted a cover (there isn't another anti-rattle product with an integrated cover like the Draw-Tite unit you were looking at) this could still be easily added with something simple like # 22282.
