Expert Reply:
The Curt RV trailer hitch, # 13703, is adjustable to fit frames measuring 22 inches to 72 inches apart so your 68.5 inch frame width is within that range. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. I have also included a picture that shows the mounting bracket dimensions for you.

Can you tell me what the dimension is from the back side of the flange with four holes (4-7/8" dimension) to the back face where the cross bar attaches? I have an existing bracket that is attached to the lower flange of the I frame. I'm wondering if I can leave that there and attach this hitch above it.
