While we don't have an Aries headache rack that fits your 2018 Ford F-250 we have a pretty similar Westin HLR Headache Rack part # 57-81055 that is a fit and what I would recommend. It has a modern look to it like the Aries and has similar load stops on the top of the rack as well. I attached a picture of what the rack looks like installed as well.
