Question:

I have a 5th wheel that has a back 4inch balck diamond bumper. The bottom of the bumper rides 5 1/2 inches below the bottom of the I-frame. It looks like this bumper will not clear. Do you have any other bolt ons that will work? Looks like the E100 bumper bolt on will not work either

Given the 5-1/2 inch distance between the bottom of the frame members and the bottom of your bumper, the # 13703 will not fit your application.

The E-100 you mention is intended for use with 4 inch square bumpers, as well as the Ultra-Fab # UF35-946402. If you have clearance problems at the rear of the bumper, the Ultra-Fab receiver might be a good alternative as it connects to the underside of the bumper using U-bolts, rather than slipping around it like the E-100 does.

Either receiver has a 3500 lb towing/ 350 lb tongue weight capacity, unless the capacity of the bumper is lower. If this is the case, you will be limited to the bumper capacity.
