Could Yakima Locking Hitch Pin and Bolt be Used as Universal Hitch Lock

Question:

Is there an SKS lock end for this pin? Any reason part # 8890260 wouldnt work as an anti-rattle pin for a non-Yakima rack w/ a hollow steel 2inch shank?

There is an SKS lock end that works with the # 8890260 with the part # Y07235 but by the time you add up the cost of both parts you are better off going with a similar universal setup like the # 63232 since the price is better and would work just as well if not better!
