Which SumoSprings jounce bumper do I need for my 2019 Thor Vegas Class C? I hate the way it rolls when cornering.

Using SumoSprings on the front and rear will certainly provide a noticeable difference in your ride quality. you'll have a much smoother ride on rough pavement and reduced body roll in turns.
For the rear suspension, I'd recommend the # SSR-106-54-1 Maxim springs which provide up to 5400 lbs of capacity at 50% compression. For the front suspension, go with the # SSF-106-47 with a 1000 lb capacity at half compression.
