The Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System part # HM39530 is a nice supplemental braking choice for the 2020 Chevy Silverado. The main unit box measures 14"L X 5-3/8" W X 3-3/8" H. This should help give you an idea of where you would like to position it out of sight. The suggested mounting locations are under the seat or in the trunk. The controller is 3" W X 5" L X 1-1/4" H.
The cable from the main unit to the brake pedal is 11-1/2 feet so you will not have any issues installing the unit in a Chevy Silverado. You will route the cable the from main unit as straight as possible to the brake pedal. A 90 degree bend is allowable with a minimum radius of 6 inches. It is recommended to hide the cable under thresholds and mats. I have attached an installation video for your reference on a Ram but it will be the same for your truck.
