Item came basically thrown at my doorstep… box was half open… there are holes in the box where the hitch mounts ripped through you can tell the hitch was thrown around so much because of the holes and all the powder coating missing.. I hope I don’t get charged a return shipping fee..
Bolt would thread to the top and I called their support and they told me to get a tap and re-tap the threads.

I think the hitch looks great the only problem I have is the bolt that is pictured with the hitch isn't attached and nor was it in the package I was wondering dose it come with the bolt or will any grade 8 or higher due ,and if not I'm wondering why the one that is shown in the photo isn't with the package would greatly appreciate a reply on this with an explanation

Hi Tristen, this shouldn't have happened. Let me make this right for you; I'll get a replacement sent out to you.
The threads had to be retapped to get the bolt to work. I expected this to be a much easier/quicker install
Good product when it very easy hardest part was taking the cover off the bumper by a 20 minute install
