Question:

is there a wiring harness to use a brake controller with on a 2020 Chrysler pacifica? I have read some conflicting information on forums. I have a tow package

Great question Mark! There is a brake controller plug and play wiring adapter for the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica to plug into the tow package with part # TK93VR. Tekonsha is currently the only manufacturer that has one available that we are aware of. This will plug into the built-in port under the dash of the Pacifica for an easy installation.

For the brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885. The P2 is one of our most popular brake controller options because of it's 360-degree vertical mounting option and built-in rotary style override lever. The brake controller can be mounted in any orientation of a 360 degree circle as long as it's in the direction of travel so it's easy to find a spot to mount it. The manual override is also a rotary style wheel that can easily be reached in emergency situations.

Hi, do you have a video or a diagram that shows the location of the plug? I pulled the dash off mine and I couldn’t find it. I have a 2020 Pacifica with the towing package. Thanks,

If your Pacifica has the factory 7-Way at the bumper it should have a plug-in port for a brake controller, but I'm honestly not sure of its exact location. I would honestly check with a local Chrysler dealer to see if they can offer any guidance - we haven't had a chance ourselves to perform this install.
