I need air bags for my 2020 F-150 and might also add an air comp so what do you suggest?

The air bags I recommend for a 2020 Ford F-150 are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 for 4x4 or part # AL57268 for 4x2 models. The Air Lift Air Helper Springs are a custom bolt-on fit with no drilling or cutting required. They will do an excellent job of helping to level the vehicle while loaded or towing a heavy trailer which is then going to ensure you don't have any stability or braking issues. If you will be towing a gooseneck or 5th wheel trailer, you won't have any worries with fit as the air bags install under the frame so they won't get in the way of the in-bed hitch.
In order to operate the air bags without getting in/out of the vehicle each time and finding an external air compressor, you can add the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL74000 which is wireless so you don't have to run any air lines or wires into the cab.
