Hello, I have Max air fan 5100K about 10 years old and the lift knob mech. appears stipped. The locking knob shaft is square. Does that mean that I need the lifter arm replacement MA10-20222KS as well as control gear 10-20281K-3CF ? Thanks for your consideration,

If you have the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-05100K then the Manual Lift Operator # MA10-20281K-3CF and the Replacement Lift Arm # MA10-20222KS is what you need.
