Why Would Right Turn Signal Come on When Left Turn Signal is On for Trailer Wiring

Ok, Ive did everything and the right turn signal still blinks when I turn on the left turn signal

If your right turn signal is blinking with the left turn signal applied that most likely means you have a short between the right turn and left turn signal circuits or you possibly have the left turn signal shorted out to the running light circuit as well. If the second scenario was happening you'd likely see the right turn signal blinking at a dimmer intensity than the left. If both lights are same brightness then that would indicate you have a short between the left and right turn signals.

Shorts are created when exposed wire between the two circuits touch each other like if the wire is cut. Check for that and fix as needed. I attached a help article with more info on trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
