I may also install the AirLift Loadlifter 5000, or the Firestone lift system and I need to make sure the install kit C16442-204 will not interfere with this added installation.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57268 if you have a 2WD or part # AL57385 if you have a 4WD will work with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16442-204 on your 2019 Ford F-150. These are actually your only option as the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2582 will not work with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit.
The same info above can be applied to most 5th wheel install kits as the custom options all install in the same spot.
