Can Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch be Used in Rise Position

Question:
Can this be flipped upside down to provide a rise? Or is this really only for dropping the trailer lower than the hitch receiver?

The Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch w/ 5-Position Channel # 336VS503515 that you referenced can be used in the rise position if needed. Since the head of the kit can articulate 360 degrees it can easily flip into the rise position and be used in that orientation safely.
