Question:
I have a Furrion dv3300 factory installed in my 2017 Jayco Jayflight 21QB RV. The AM radio reception is poor. I checked the roof atenna and it looks fine. FM reception is fine. The Jayco dealership checked it out and claim it is all connected right. I can use a portable radio and pick up a local station fine but the dv3300 reception is poor.

I spoke with the folks at Furrion who tell me that their stereos (for whatever reason) do not include an AM antenna. The antenna that's installed OEM is FM only. To get good AM/FM reception, you'd need to install an aftermarket antenna like part # AN150SR.

I have a Jensen AWN910 AM/FM?CD stereo in my RV. It worked perfect last night. I turned it on today and the buttons don't work. I reset it and now it seems to be scanning thru stations. None of the buttons work except the power/volume one. Is there anything else I can do to fix this ?
