Had my Q24 mounted with original hardware going to hotshot trucking Dot requires grade 8 carriage bolts do you have these?

Yes, we have the grade 8 bolts that are used to secure the base rails to the frame brackets on a 5th wheel install kit. That said, we only offer these with the Replacement Hardware for Curt Universal 5th Wheel Installation Kit part # C16111 so that is what you need to use in order to obtain them.
