Best Trailer Hitch for Ground Clearance on 2008 Honda CR-V

Question:

Does this hidden trailer hitch receiver let the vehicle have more ground clearance than the other ones that are installed under the bumper? I am going to install this on a 2008 Honda cr-v and want to make sure that I dont alter the ground clearance any more than I have to.
