Does it come for only one bike?

Unfortunately, Thule doesn't offer a 1 bike version of the # TH93202 EasyFold XT bike rack. For a 1-bike platform type rack, I recommend the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack # RKY87RR. TheRockyMounts HighNoon rack has a 60 lb capacity, so it's perfect for e-bikes, and although it lacks a ramp it's still fairly easy to get a bike on a platform type rack. Lift up the front wheel and place it in the cradle, raise the arm and ratchet it down loosely to hole the bike somewhat upright, then lift the rear tire and place and secure it in the rear cradle. Then, tighten down the front hook all the way and you're done.

The rack has several nice features such as a cable lock to secure your bike to the rack and a locking hitch pin to secure the rack to the vehicle. The rack can fold up against the back of the vehicle when it's not in use to lessen the risk of somebody backing into it or tripping over it. The rack is compatible with trailer hitches with a 1-1/4 or a 2 inch receiver tube. I've linked you to a product description video that shows all the features of the rack.
