Question:
I have a 2010 Cedar Creek Silverback by forrest river. I was loading camper on to the truck and the motor went in to a high speed mode but the camper stopped moving. I was able to manually lower the camper on to the truck . When i got home I started to raise the camper manually the truck and the lead leg popped and gave way. I then had to use a floor jack on the lead leg side to raise the camper off the truck, the follow leg was still operable with the manual crank. My camper is equipped with a jack system by Venture Mfg. I have the 33-1/2inch outer tubes. My question is can I just replace the lead leg with your product or do I need to replace the complete system. Regardless I want to replace the motor anyway because when the leg popped some metal ring fragments dropped on the ground, please help as I need to get this back on the road soon.

I recommend replacing your entire landing gear set with part # LG-4, which has 33-1/2" tall outer tubes, because you know you are getting a completely new system (with the manual hand crank, motor, and switch) so you don't have to worry about whether or not your follow leg was damaged and will go out soon. This is rated for 6,500 lbs and will give you the confidence and peace of mind that your system is upgraded and you won't have any issues while you are out camping.
The Replacement Lead Leg for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear # LG-177202 could potentially work because the outer tube measures 33-1/2" and it was designed to fit with most Venture and Lippert landing gear models. If you decided you wanted to go this route then you also need the Gearbox # LG-179015, Motor # LG-196308, and then possibly a cross shaft as well. My only hesitation with this route is that the gear ratio in the leg may not be the same as your current landing gear so they wouldn't be compatible.
