For your 5,200 pound axle I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Kit # 23-458-459, which includes both the Left Hand and Right Hand Assemblies. These 12" x 2" Nev-R-Adjust assemblies will eliminate the need for any manual adjustments down the line and they're made right here in the USA.

I just recommend making sure your existing assemblies feature the same 5 bolt mounting flange pattern that you see on these. I have included a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
