2011 f250 superduty shortbed , what is the factory prep kit and how do I know if my truck has it. also im running 37inch tires and a lift, any products that will give me more clearance

I have attached a photo for you that shows what the factory prep package looks like. This package contains a set of five holes in your truck bed for use with 5th wheel and gooseneck accessories. If you did have this package then most likely you would already be aware of this. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1111 is correct for your 2011 Ford F-250. In regards to the lift and larger tires, this will not be an issue for the above so long as you have a suspension lift and not a body lift.
I am not quite sure what you mean by needing more clearance but if you can clarify this for me I would be glad to help.
