I cannot get the bike rack to tilt with my bike on. How do I do it.

To tilt your RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY87RR with a bike loaded, you actually need to reach to the end of the rack and pull the lever. I have attached a review video where we demonstrate how to do this.
