Question:
I need to replace parts on my 05 Haulmark 5x8 enclosed trailer. Please give me the part number information to replace the tortion axle, spindle, and hub assemblies along with any mounting plates or hardware needed. I would like to get galvanized but would also like to know if you have stainless options. There is currently Dexter EZ 8-248 hubs on it.

We do have a fantastic option for your enclosed trailer that has a 3,500 lb axle based on my research (though you will want to verify this); however, we do not offer torsion axles.
The option we do carry is going to be a better one, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, which are simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements. They also offer you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle because the Timbrens work independently so if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer. The Timbren system also offers a better ride because they have progressive springs that absorb shock better than a traditional axle.
For a 3,500 lb axle replacement there are the following options, and some do come with hubs already, as well as lift or drop:
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A35RS545
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 4" Drop Spindle # A35RD545
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle # ASR3500S06 which works with Idler Hub # 84545UC1-EZ or Hub and Drum Assembly # 84656UC3-EZ
I have added a couple of links to video reviews of the Timbren which I recommend checking out, as well as a photo a customer sent in showing them installed.
