What is the torque for a trailer 13 wheel with 4 coned wheel bolts not nuts?

Expert Reply:
The correct torque specs for the wheel bolts like part # RG02-020 on your trailer with 13" wheels will be dependent on their diameter. I have attached a chart for you below with these variables. These torque specs will be the same whether you have wheel bolts or lug nuts/studs.
If you don't have a torque wrench I recommend the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench part # ALL944001.
