Question:

I got a reply about replacing an Eq-310 and 2 1/4 inch shackle straps with the road armor. Since the 310 is 3/4 of an inch taller than the road armor he recommended longer shackle straps to keep the ride height the same. After looking at the suspension and reading another QandA it seems to me that I would need shorter shackle straps? Maybe we got our terms mixed up. Thanks

The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 will work to replace the Triangular Equalizer # TREQ310 and you are absolutely correct that the Road Armor equalizer will need shorter shackle straps than yours which are 2-1/4". The shortest available are the 2" Long Shackle Strap # TRSL200.
